Indonesian Cuisine: Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng)

Ingredients:
1 bowl
of cooked rice (medium size)
125
gram of raw chicken (you can use any part of the chicken)
1 egg
5
cloves of shallot
3
cloves of garlic
3
fresh red chilies
Green
onion
1
teaspoon of salt
¼
teaspoon of pepper
2,5
tablespoons of cooking oil
Steps:
1.
Chop the chicken into small-cube
2. Grind shallots, garlic, and
red chilies altogether, you can use either blender or a mortar and pestle.
These ingredients are used as spices for Fried Rice
3.
Pass cooking oil into a saute pan then saute the ground spices until they
become aromatic
4. Add
chopped chicken into the pan, stir around to make chicken and spices mixed well
5. Put
the salt and pepper into the pan
6. The
next one, add cooked rice and stir it until all ingredients perfectly mixed.
7.
Once it finished, your fried rice has been ready to be served
